Washburn Castle Guards senior volleyball player Izadora (Izzy) Bombagi signed her letter of intent to play for the Gogebic Community College Samsons.  

Izzy is a 5-9 outside hitter. She is a two-year volleyball captain, a member of the National Honor Society, and an Indianhead all-conference selection in 2022. Izzy helped lead the Castle Guards to a 2023 conference record of 8-1 under the coaching staff of Dez LaPointe and Jen Maziasz.   

Izzy enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Izzy plans to go into the Social Work field and continue to her bachelors and masters after her time at GCC.
