Samsons Men's Basketball recently signed Jalen Browning of Smiths Creek, Michigan. Jalen is a 2024 graduate of Richmond High School. He earned Blue Water All Conference honors during 2023-24 while averaging 15 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game.

“At 6’4” Jalen Browning has the potential to be a very good player at the JUCO level. Jalen’s long and lanky, and runs the floor well in transition – he enjoys blocking shots and is capable of rebounding at or above the rim. I’m looking forward to adding Jalen’s talents to our 2024-25 Samson team.” ~Coach Mackey
